Book "Maria de Rodas" share experiences

The book "Maria de Rodas – Enjoyments and Challengers in the Maternity the Women in Wheelchairs" was presented on the 10th May, in the Museu do Futebol, Sao Paulo. The book authors Carolina Ignarra, Flávia Cintra and Tatiana Rolim, after the completion of their dream of being mothers, have decided to come forward with this project in order to share with other women their experience.

The stories, told in first person, talk of aesthetics, of self-esteem, self-knowledge, of overcoming, of family and interpersonal relations, creativity, courage and happiness.

Through their writing the authors related thrilling stories, and at the same time, encourage, motivate and inform other women who are dependent on wheelchairs or not, couples, and health professionals.

This is a book that wants to show that “Wanting is power”. A Book that encourage to not giving up – ever!
